* **Solution Design** - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.* **Understanding and Documenting Requirements** - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.* **Leading and Mentoring** – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.* You can demonstrate 5-7 years’ experience within Data Analysis with a solid background in Data Profiling, Data Lineage, STTM (source and target mapping/ETL mapping), Data Warehousing Concepts and an understanding of Data models, preferably in financial domain. You possess programming skills with Python or Java language in addition to solid SQL skills with an ability to build complex SQL queries from scratch to pull and analyze data. You have a strong ETL and Data Warehouse background with previous experience developing complex solutions based on business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. Proficiency with commonly used Business Intelligence tools, e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and knowledge around how to retrieve data efficiently as well as the differences and nuances between on-premise and Azure environments is desired. You have the knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within data analytics, data governance, and business intelligence.* **You have a degree/diploma** in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.* **You put our clients first.** You engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
