Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Indiana- will provide relocation assistance

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in wastewater treatment plants, sewer systems, pump stations , and related civil and mechanical works. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, with at least 1 year focused on wastewater or water infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, mechanical and civil systems, and municipal construction standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and permits.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and local environmental regulations.
