Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Jonesborough, TN. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. The Superintendent will also be responsible for handling budgeting, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining organization on-site.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Construction Site Management and overseeing day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
- Strong Organization Skills to maintain order and efficiency on-site
- Experience in Budgeting and managing project costs effectively
- Project Management skills to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Jonesborough, TN
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA or PMP are a plus
