Alongside project coordination, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people and finance operations running smoothly—from payroll and benefits to invoicing and vendor management—helping the team stay focused on building ventures that matter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination across multiple ventures and client projects.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-ups to keep teams on track.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task lists using tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Atlassian.
- Create, maintain, and improve documentation and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Organize and maintain project files, records, and reports for easy access and clarity.
- Act as a communication hub—ensuring updates, reminders, and critical information are shared with the right people at the right time.
- Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, and other administrative needs.
People & Operations Support
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Help coordinate team culture initiatives, events, and communications.
- Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and employee reimbursements.
- Support accounts receivable by preparing invoices and tracking client payments.
- Assist with expense reporting and light budget tracking.
Requirements
- Highly organized with a knack for managing details and juggling multiple priorities.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or HR/finance support (startup or agency experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and concise.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Monday.com, Atlassian, or similar).
- Familiarity with HR and finance systems (e.g., Gusto, QuickBooks, or similar) preferred.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, but also collaborates well within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment while maintaining calm and focus.
- Strong follow-through and accountability—you close loops and finish what you start.
