We are a renowned mid-Atlantic contractor with a rich history of delivering high-quality construction projects across diverse sectors, including education, retail, healthcare, entertainment, commercial facilities, and financial institutions. We are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our team based in Atlanta. We are seeking Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards Team Leadership: Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals. Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage projects from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously. Resource Management: Procure and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes. Extensive experience in construction project management, ideally on both interiors and base building projects up to $30M+ Strong leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors (education, healthcare, commercial).
