Title: Physical Therapy (PT) This position is elgible for relocation benefits. About Amplified Therapy, Inc. (ATI): Amplified Therapy Inc. is a family-owned pediatric healthcare provider specializing in early intervention and school-based therapy services across New Mexico. ATI delivers high-quality, no-cost services to families with children from birth to age three who are at risk of developmental delays or disabilities through the NM FIT Program. Position Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) leads the service delivery process, including patient screenings, assessments, and evaluations. PTs design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve physical performance and participation in daily activities. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, collaboration with other disciplines, and the ability to supervise support personnel when permitted by licensure. Physical Therapy (PT) Qualifications: Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Mexico through the NM Physical Therapy Board. Physical Therapy Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: Implement evidence-based practices aligned with program goals. Attend IFSP, IEP, and team conferences as assigned Participate in professional development and company committees Represent ATI in community outreach and events Adapt to various service delivery settings including homes, clinics, and community environments. Travel within the assigned county of service to complete family visits.
