About The Position
We are seeking a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Kentucky, starting Nov 6, 2025. This role features 24-hour shifts (7a-7a) and requires coverage for multiple blocks through mid-December. The assignment involves a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic cases, including routine and complicated deliveries.
Job Details Location: Kentucky Start Date: Nov 6, 2025 LOA: 15 days Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7a-7a); coverage blocks on Nov 6-10, Nov 24-Dec 1, and Dec 8-15
Responsibilities and Duties Manage routine vaginal deliveries, including low forceps deliveries Perform decision-making and procedures for C-sections Handle complicated deliveries, including C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Additional Information Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required Active Kentucky medical license required (IMLC accepted) Active DEA and BLS certification required COVID vaccination preferred
