Associate Attorney

With a proven track record of success, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Attorney to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. Job Summary: As a Family Law Attorney at Davis and Associates, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. Your expertise and experience in family law will be essential in advocating for our clients and achieving favorable outcomes. You will also have to opportunity to assist on the personal injury/and or criminal side if interested Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in their cases. Consultations with potential clients. Conduct legal research, analysis, and strategy development. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings. Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations. Collaborate with clients and support staff to build strong cases. Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and law clerks (if applicable). Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Texas Bar membership. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
