Full-Time (Multiple Positions Available) Hart’s Diesel, a family-owned and growing business in Fayette, Missouri, is looking to hire motivated individuals for multiple full-time positions in our machine shop. We are seeking people who have experience or those willing to learn through our in-person training program. Turbo & Injection Technician Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some overtime offered). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assemble turbos or injectors Tear down, clean, and reassemble turbos or injectors Read and follow work orders Package and ship products Unpack and check in products Perform some heavy lifting No prior turbo or injector experience is required. Training is provided. CNC Operator Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some overtime offered). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate CNC mills and lathes (Haas machines) Read blueprints and measure parts Use Mastercam and SolidWorks software Ensure quality and accuracy in production Prior CNC experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
