To support this vision, we are looking for an experienced executive/personal assistant who can manage complex business priorities while also overseeing aspects of personal and family life. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends high-level executive support, personal assistance, and operational coordination.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles, including at least 2 years supporting a C-level executive (ideally in a technology or high-growth environment).

High EQ, detail oriented and open to constructive criticism.

Advanced proficiency with:

Mac OS

Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides)

Slack

Ashby or similar ATS

Superhuman or similar email tools

Presentation software like Google Slides, Keynote and/or Figma Slides

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.

Willingness to assist with both business and personal responsibilities.

Flexibility to be responsive outside of traditional 9-5 hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Executive Support Manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, and travel arrangements.

Organize company-wide meetings, including all-hands planning, content preparation, and reminders.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees (excluding payroll).

Prepare presentations, metrics, and executive briefs.

Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deadlines are met.

Maintain digital files, system access, and document organization.

Personal Assistance Manage personal calendars, family scheduling, appointments, and ongoing personal projects.

Coordinate household tasks such as bills, medical claims, recurring services, and vendor management.

Client is married with a toddler, and needs help with family-related logistics, including travel, childcare coordination, and health appointments.

Manage home projects and property-related needs, including maintenance, organization, and vendor oversight.

Support with lifestyle needs such as fitness, nutrition, wellness, and personal errands.

Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

HR and Recruiting Coordination Bolster client's in-house recruiter with support scheduling candidate interviews, sourcing when needed, and manage ATS workflows.

Provide onboarding support for new team members.

Manage basic HR-related administration in collaboration with leadership.

Office Management Oversee daily office logistics for a remote office and ensure a productive workspace.

Support event planning for offsites, team meetings, and retreats.

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
