We are seeking a highly skilled
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Compensation & Benefits Full-Time: Annual compensation: $600,000 advance against 35% of collections (with earning potential between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year) $50,000 sign-on bonus $100,000 student loan assistance (over 3 years) Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance $60,000 life and AD&D policy Short- and long-term disability coverage Continuing education support 401(k) plan with 4% match Relocation assistance Liability insurance with tail coverage 6 paid holidays plus additional PTO Part-Time: Daily compensation: $5,000 advance against 35% of collections (average daily earnings $5,000 - $10,000) Liability insurance with tail coverage Travel reimbursements Continuing education support Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including dental implant placement, wisdom teeth extraction, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma management, and cosmetic facial surgeries. Utilize advanced 3D scanning, imaging, and dental technologies to plan and execute precise treatments. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with surgical advancements and best practices. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Eligible to obtain dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in assigned practice state. Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
