Maintenance Technician
who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping complex machinery running at peak performance. This is a chance to join a company that invests in its people, values safety, and operates with the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. What You'll Do Keep production moving by performing
setups, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
on a wide variety of machinery and equipment. Play a hands-on role in
new machine installations, equipment upgrades, and production line moves Lead
overhauls, troubleshooting, and repair work
to maximize uptime and efficiency. Ensure a
safe working environment
by maintaining all machinery to proper standards. Diagnose issues,
identify root causes , and implement the most effective, timely, and cost-conscious solutions. What We're Looking For A
formally trained technician
with proven success in machine maintenance and repair. Strong decision-making skills with a
systematic, problem-solving approach Excellent communication skills, able to work seamlessly with
colleagues, suppliers, and contractors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still excelling as part of a team. Technical Expertise Solid understanding of
PLC and CNC systems Broad knowledge of
mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
(single-phase and three-phase). Hands-on experience with
welding, test rigs, HVAC, plumbing, and general engineering machinery Proven ability to maintain efficiency, reliability, and safety in a
dynamic production environment OTHER DETAILS Unionized environment - Day shift Work schedule 4X10 hours = 40 hour work weeks - Monday thru Thursday (Fridays are for OT if needed) The shifts range from being 4:00am-2:30pm, 5:00am-3:30pm, or 6:00am to 4:30pm.) 5 openings 1 - Level 1 opening , pay is $25.93 per hour (don's need Controls Experience but basically the same description as below) 1 - Level 3 opening, pay is $31.77 per hour (job description is below and includes Controls experience) plus 1.5X OT rate Benefits start the first of next month from date of hire.
