Role Overview The Administrative Professional and Marketing Specialist will provide executive-level support to the Managing and Founding Partners of StrongBox Wealth, ensuring they can operate at peak efficiency. This role is integral to the firm's success, combining refined administrative capabilities with ownership of our Company marketing strategy and execution. The position requires daily face-to-face interaction with clients, colleagues, and external service providers, thus demanding professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and a meticulous standard of work. Responsibilities and Activities Administrative Support Serve as the first point of contact at Lee's Summit office, welcoming clients, vendors, and partners with professionalism. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. Coordinate multiple calendars and schedule meetings for Wealth Advisors. Prepare, distribute, and document correspondence. Curate and mail reports. Oversee accounts receivable/payable, receipts, and invoices; maintain accurate operational Company records in coordination with third-party vendors. Maintain office equipment in coordination with suppliers. Manage communication and perform due diligence on Company vendors. Maintain client relationship management (CRM), performance reporting, and financial planning systems, ensuring accuracy across integrated technology systems. Provide comprehensive support to the Wealth Advisors and operations team, including CRM updates, reporting, and client follow-up. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency across marketing and operations. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize vendor and technology integrations. Perform general office duties (copying, scanning, filing, archiving). Marketing Support and Brand Development Own the development and execution of the firm's marketing strategy across digital, print, and client-facing channels. Create, schedule, and manage refined, brand-consistent content for the company's social media platforms. Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content. Design and distribute client communications, including newsletters, print materials, and reports. Partner with the client experience team to plan, market, and execute client events that reinforce StrongBox Wealth's brand and deepen client relationships. Establish and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of logos, fonts, tone, and messaging across all platforms and materials. Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the marketplace. Experience and Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial services (RIA or broker/dealer preferred). Bachelor's degree. Prior experience supporting company marketing and brand development. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work across diverse personalities. Adept at problem-solving with initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues. Position Details In-person at StrongBox Wealth's Lee's Summit, MO, office. Full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience, plus discretionary performance bonus.
