correctional facility , offering experienced candidates the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience. Position Details: Job title: Social Worker Location: Eden, TX Start Date: 10/13/2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days| 5X8s Hours per Week: 40 hours Travel Pay: $2,250/week Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments through record review and inmate interviews. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support using evidence-based practices. Document all assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately in the health care record. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with professional and facility standards. Experience: 2 years of Social Worker experience Certifications & Skills: LCSW/LPC/LMFT License BLS (AHA) *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
