Real Estate Closing Attorney - Bluffton, SC

Real estate law firm in Bluffton, South Carolina seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all residential and commercial real estate transactions in the office, including residential and commercial sales and refinances Review title Work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions Draft and/or review loan documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have Review disbursement ledger and sign checks Develop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm REQUIREMENTS Residential real estate experience preferred - will train the right candidate Member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing) Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well with others Self-starter Growth-minded Strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: SC Bar Membership (Required) Ability to Commute: Bluffton, SC 29910 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bluffton, SC 29910: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
