CNC Machine Maintenance Technician
to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC equipment for optimal performance. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver with strong mechanical and electronic repair expertise. Working under minimal supervision, the new team member will ensure maximum machine uptime by diagnosing and resolving equipment issues while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Houston, TX 77040 Type of Position Direct Hire Responsibilities: Repair and maintain the operating condition of CNC machines. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment. Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts or make repairs. Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions using testing devices. Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing or repairs. Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. Exam parts for defects. Operate newly repaired machinery to verify the adequacy of repairs. Analyze test results, machine error messages or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. Record parts or materials used and order new parts or materials as necessary. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years related experience Must have knowledge of machines and tools including their design, usage and repair Knowledge of electronics including circuit boards, chips and other electronic equipment Must be able to determine type of repairs and maintenance required and perform the repairs and maintenance Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull object that are 50 pounds or heavier
