Digital Printing Specialist
to join our production team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in digital printing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to producing work of the highest quality. As a Digital Printing Specialist, you will operate advanced
Konica digital presses . You will work closely with design, prepress, and finishing teams to ensure projects are completed with precision, consistency, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration across departments. Responsibilities Operate and maintain
Konica digital presses
with attention to accuracy and efficiency Review job tickets and prepress files to verify correctness prior to production Monitor print runs to ensure consistency, quality, and color accuracy Troubleshoot equipment and software issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight production deadlines Provide support to other departments (including Guillotine Cutter operations) as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant production environment Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence Qualifications Previous experience operating digital printing presses required (Konica strongly preferred) Solid technical understanding of print workflows, substrates, and finishing processes Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical and software issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving production setting Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of computer software. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
