Medical Technologists / Medical Laboratory Technicians

to join the team in Bethel, Alaska. In this role, you will perform a wide range of laboratory testing and quality control procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank, while supporting physicians, nurses, and patients with accurate and timely lab results. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing using manual and automated instrumentation across multiple specialties. Conduct quality control procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Accurately prepare, analyze, and report test results for use in diagnosis and treatment. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Provide guidance and direction to Medical Laboratory Assistants as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree

in Medical Technology or related field required. ASCP or CLS certification

(or board eligible – must complete within 1 year). 2+ years clinical laboratory experience

preferred (generalist background required). Experience with chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank. Ability to work independently and handle variable shifts (days, evenings, nights). Additional Information: Location:

$58-$62/ Hour *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
