Position Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Location Information: Hybrid-Dallas
Position Responsibilities:
Client is seeking an intermediate level ServiceNow Database Administrator with UI experience to configure, maintain, and optimize the organization's ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing the platform, managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes, administering CMDB health, building integrations with external systems, creating reports and dashboards, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Essential Skills, Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development. Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, and CSM. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects, self-motivated with a proactive approach. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, familiarity with ATF, Now Platform App Engine, and large-scale ServiceNow environments. Participation in the ServiceNow Community, Knowledge conferences, or user-group forums.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist –ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ITIL Foundation, and ServiceNow Knowledge Base experience. Proficiency with APIs & Integrations (REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Servers, JDBC, Email Integration), Service Management (ITIL methodologies, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Release Management), Data & CMDB (SQL/Relational Databases, CMDB Health), Reporting & Analytics (ServiceNow Reports, Performance Analytics, Dashboards), and Tools & Platforms (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer).
