Primary Responsibilities Support project team in development of design and production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set Communicate and coordinate with project team members, consultants, and contractors Research code requirements and interface with governmental agencies Research materials, products and systems Produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations Coordinate and participate in project meetings; screen share and navigate BIM model and other exhibits through Zoom; record and issue meeting notes Distribute project deliverables (drawing sets, correspondence, submittals) Implement the established graphic standards of the office Assist with other office-wide tasks that support day-to-day operations Qualifications Accredited degree in architecture Two to four years of related professional experience in design and production Intermediate technical knowledge of Type V construction Demonstrated 3D modeling/BIM proficiency (ArchiCAD preferred, but not required) Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills Compensation And Benefits Walker Warner offers a competitive compensation package including fully paid health benefits for employees, profit sharing, employer 401(k) contribution, generous paid time-off and flexible spending accounts, plus additional benefits.
