Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Data Management Analyst to support service readiness operations. This role focuses on auditing data, improving automation, and building dashboards and reports to help streamline service launches. By managing and automating Smartsheet dashboards and country-level workback plans, you will play a key role in reducing risks and ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Audit service readiness data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Inspect and improve automation processes across readiness operations. Design and manage operational reports and dashboards (Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau). Coordinate country-level workback plans for service readiness. Continue automation efforts to free resources for technical projects. Must-Have Skills: 2–3 years in a similar role with extensive use of Excel/Smartsheet, plus background in business analysis and operations management. Advanced Excel (including pivot tables), Smartsheet (dashboard management & automation), Tableau/dashboarding, data entry, and wiki/documentation management. Strong in business analysis, data reporting, administrative support, and collaborative writing. Industry Experience: Experience in a similar role with extensive use of Smartsheet and advanced Excel skills is essential.
