Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and application-focused environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile processes, and ensuring delivery of secure, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery in line with organizational priorities. Oversee cybersecurity, cloud security, web applications, and vulnerability/threat management projects. Utilize Azure DevOps to streamline processes, track progress, and manage workflows. Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, risks, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving conflicts. Required Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent). Proven experience in cybersecurity, web applications, and cloud security projects. Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and threat management. Experience with Azure DevOps for process and project tracking. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Technical background (Java, SQL, etc. helpful but not mandatory).
