Temporary role through January About the Role: A leading real estate company in West LA is seeking an experienced

Corporate Paralegal

to provide support during a maternity leave. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to important legal and corporate matters while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day corporate entity management, including forming LLCs, preparing resolutions, maintaining organizational charts, and securing required certificates Draft and organize materials for Board and Committee meetings Provide support on corporate transactions, including document review, due diligence, and closing coordination Assist with company compliance filings, annual reporting, and corporate governance documents Maintain company policies, monitor litigation matters, and help track intellectual property Perform notarial services (or willingness to become certified) Provide general administrative assistance, including processing invoices, coordinating signatures, preparing mailings, and organizing legal files Contribute to special projects and assist with other legal or corporate initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a corporate or real estate paralegal Associate's or Bachelor's degree and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or CA equivalent) Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with executives, staff, and outside partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and adaptable to new systems or applications Notary public commission a plus
