Are you looking for a Property Manager position with a stable company that offers training and growth opportunities? This company owns and manages properties throughout the East Coast including several in Savanah. This Property Manager will oversee a 232-unit property and will oversee leasing and maintenance staff. Duties Include:
Acting as the initial point of contact for both current and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service. Responding to all forms of communication including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Conducting leasing efforts through persuasive sales strategies and professional telephone techniques. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing lease agreements along with other necessary rental documents. Collecting rent and deposits in a timely, organized fashion while ensuring accurate record-keeping. Addressing resident concerns and maintenance requests efficiently and with professionalism. Monitoring and managing delinquencies by issuing late notices and overseeing the eviction process when required. Supporting operational excellence by identifying and suggesting areas for improved resident satisfaction and property performance. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records, processing all administrative paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately. Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager. Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in property management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service/communication skills
