Our client, a well established General Contractor based in Dallas, TX, is looking to add a talented Retail Project Manager to their growing team. With over 53 years of success in the Texas construction market, this firm is known for its commitment to quality, long-standing client relationships, and diverse project portfolio. Typical projects range across Retail, healthcare, K-12, industrial, office, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery Oversee project schedules, cost control, safety, and quality assurance Provide clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Resolve project challenges proactively and professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors Strong book of clients Background with General Contractors, ideally within the Texas market Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
On Offer:
$120,000 - $155,000 base salary
Discretionary bonus Health, Dental, Vison 401k
