They are hiring a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst to work closely with the Director of Finance and the CFO.
This role will help create and improve operational and financial reporting and financial analysis/forecasting. The successful candidate will have a mix of financial analyst skills and an interest in learning.
Job Duties: Develop and prepare management reports that "tell the story" of the financial and operational data. Perform traditional financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting/modeling, and budgeting. Assist with preparing KPI reports utilizing operational data and how it affects the financial statements Learn to design and maintain financial models
Job Requirements Accounting or Finance degree Advanced Excel 1 or more years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Good communication skills, comfortable working with managers in different departments
