Title: Project Manager
Location: 400 GROESBECK HWY, MOUNT CLEMENS, MI 48043
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $60/hr
Core Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for small to medium complexity and risk level projects. Manages new product, process, or cost initiatives and delivers on achievement of quality, timing, and cost targets Leads cross-functional teams and interfaces with all internal departments working on projects, to keep up to date on project status and ensure timely completion Works with customers to ensure project meets customer requirements Ensures proper coordination, prioritization, and communication of project objectives Required Skillset: Strong manufacturing process background Minimum 3 years of experience in leading initiatives. Strong teamwork and ability to interact with all levels of the organizations. Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate or higher capability and knowledge of Microsoft Project Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Education/Certifications: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial) required. · PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
