Are you a detail-oriented Estimator with a passion for building strong foundations? We’re a leading concrete construction contractor based in Raleigh, NC, and we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for concrete construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Review plans, specifications, and proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions. Track project costs, budgets, and potential risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry (concrete experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost analysis. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
