Coforge seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Management Office Specialist to support enterprise-level governance, communication, collaboration, workforce management, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will drive consistency, visibility, and operational excellence across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities: Communication Management Coordinate and centralize SQM communication efforts across newsletters, CoP presentations Ensure consistent messaging and visibility across enterprise communication channels. Address fragmentation by aligning multiple partner communications under a unified strategy. Collaboration Governance Oversee governance of Email DLs, inboxes, SharePoint, Teams, and shared file storage. Implement structure and intuitive access for communication channels. Track and maintain collaboration platforms to prevent data loss and ensure compliance. Workforce Management Govern WFM processes including active engagements, new requests, and reporting. Manage vendor relationships including SOW ownership and supplier coordination. Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes with a focus on asset and resource management. Utilize tools like Sapience for workforce analytics and optimization. High-Risk Governance Monitor and report on SQM high-risk items Ensure timely remediation and enhance visibility into risk mitigation efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet governance deadlines and compliance targets. Reporting & Analytics Support key metric reporting Coordinate internal and external operational reviews. Prepare executive-level reports for quarterly and yearly reviews. Streamline ad-hoc reporting requests to reduce fire drills and improve responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in PMO or program governance roles. Strong understanding of enterprise communication and collaboration tools. Experience in workforce and vendor management. Familiarity with risk governance frameworks and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and reporting platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
