Role Overview The Project Manager leads mechanical and plumbing projects from pre-construction to close-out, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to confirm project scope. Manage scheduling, manpower, materials, and documentation. Resolve conflicts with other trades and construction documents. Foster strong client relationships. Support estimating, cost forecasting, billing, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing and mechanical projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. Skilled in scheduling, estimating, and interpreting technical documents. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook; Procore and BIM tools a plus. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
