Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager

to lead commercial steel projects across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) region. This role offers a chance to manage impactful, design-driven projects with a tight-knit team of fabricators, erectors, and construction professionals.

What You’ll Do Coordinate with detailers to track drawing progress Perform field measurements and site visits Manage coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee production schedules, material delivery, and on-site erection Lead change order pricing and negotiation with General Contractors and Construction Managers Resolve field issues and drive project completion Support cost estimation, financial tracking, and documentation closeout Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontracted erectors Travel within the DMV area (mostly day trips)



What You Bring 5+ years

of project management experience in

miscellaneous metals

for a steel fabricator/erector OR A degree in architecture, construction management, or civil/structural engineering

plus 2+ years

of relevant experience Proven ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings Authorization to work in the U.S. (Citizen or Green Card holder) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
