Shift: Rotating 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM and/or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)
Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel ED RN to provide acute care in a fast-paced emergency department in Newburyport, MA. The RN will work rotating night shifts, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and nursing best practices. Opposite shifts will not be scheduled back-to-back.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid and accurate assessment of patients in the ED.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and scope of practice.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.

• Participate in emergency procedures and trauma response as needed.

• Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and follow-up care.

• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts RN License – Required

• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS Certifications – Required

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience – Required

• Previous travel experience – Preferred
