Milky is a fast-growing company in the lactose intolerance space with innovative products and engaging content. We’re looking for a
Head of Marketing
who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead hands-on advertising across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads , while also developing a long-term strategy to build a brand people truly love. This is not a “just make us more money at any cost” role. We’re aiming for profitable, sustainable growth that protects and grows the brand, not a high-velocity, cash-only acquisition approach. What You’ll Be Doing
Running and scaling
Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok ad campaigns
(hands-on with the data). Building out a
long-term growth strategy
that protects the brand. Balancing
performance + brand building
to drive sustainable results. What we’re looking for
7+ years of
DTC/e‑commerce marketing experience . Experience managing
$500K+ ad budgets
across multiple platforms. Low-ego, collaborative mindset. We’re a small team and everyone rolls up their sleeves. Strong brand instincts. You care about the “why” behind growth. Based in
Los Angeles
(or willing to be). Hours and Compensation
Salary:
$140,000 – $160,000/year (based on experience) Job Type:
