In this highly visible role, you’ll work with Product, Sales, Business Development, and fellow PMMs to shape how Hiya presents to our most critical audiences, from sharpening our platform story to equipping teams with collateral and insights. You’ll be both strategist and executor, ensuring partners understand Hiya’s value and see it as essential to their success. You’ll learn what motivates partners and how Hiya can deliver immediate, lasting value, and shape how we position AI with carriers.

What You’ll Do

Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for carrier, OEM, and reseller audiences, while collaborating with the PMM team to strengthen Hiya’s overall story.

Drive competitive and market intelligence and build deep audience insights (personas, journeys, motivations) to shape differentiated messaging, GTM priorities, and product roadmap.

Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing to win new business and expand existing accounts through tailored campaigns, enablement, and executive-ready collateral.

Position Hiya’s AI capabilities as a strategic advantage for partners, and use AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Plan and execute launches with cross-functional alignment, clear collateral, and post-launch learnings.

Build scalable playbooks and processes that capture repeatable success while tailoring for what’s unique.

Represent Hiya externally — from events to executive meetings — with polished, persuasive narratives.

Relentlessly focus on high-impact opportunities to move the business forward and establish Hiya as the authority in voice intelligence.

Qualities that will make you successful

5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a track record of driving positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.

Executive presence with strong storytelling skills: distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

Strategic and executional — from shaping the big idea to building decks and campaigns — with strong prioritization.

Curious and empathetic: skilled at building personas, mapping journeys, and understanding what motivates your audience.

Builder’s mindset: ability to create playbooks and processes that capture repeatable elements while tailoring for what’s unique.

Metrics- and AI-driven: define success, measure it, and use data and AI tools to sharpen strategy.

Strong cross-functional collaboration, able to influence without authority and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Comfortable representing Hiya at events, trade shows, and in-person meetings.

Telco or carrier experience is a plus; ability to quickly learn new markets and audiences to craft bespoke approaches.
