Job Summary
Be the face that makes the first impression! As a Greeter, you will welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, set the tone for a memorable experience, and assist with directional guidance. You will create a seamless, inclusive, and friendly environment that reflects the Levy standard of service excellence. Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environmentsAbility to stand for extended periods and engage actively with guestsProficiency in English for clear communicationFamiliarity with large event or high-volume environments preferred Key Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrivalProvide clear directions and information about the venueMonitor guest flow and manage entry queues professionallyCollaborate with security and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operationsSupport guest recovery and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain an upbeat, positive presence that embodies Levy’s hospitality standards Apply to Levy today!
