We are seeking a full-time Managing Consultant specializing in acoustical consulting and environmental noise assessment. You will lead technical and project teams, deliver acoustical consulting services across multiple sectors, and collaborate across geographic borders to guide risk-based decision-making and drive excellence. Experience in the acoustical consulting industry and client/project management are requirements. Responsibilities
Managing acoustical consulting projects and fostering strong client relationships Developing and implementing effective project execution strategies (site selection, permitting, design, construction, operation) Leading teams to create and deliver innovative acoustical design solutions addressing environmental noise challenges Overseeing technical processes related to acoustical analyses, mitigation design, acoustical testing, and environmental noise surveys Mentoring team members and developing technical and professional skills About You

Qualifications, skills, and capabilities identified for success include: US Citizenship B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics related major 7+ years of experience in acoustical consulting with a track record across diverse industries Strong ability to manage external clients, projects, and internal teams in multi-disciplinary settings Effective leadership with experience guiding and developing teams Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and experience with environmental assessments compliant with NEPA or comparable programs What We Can Offer You

The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,658 - $164,820 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Pay varies by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for the location during hiring.
