About the Role

The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Operations Leader to support our Warehouse team. You will be an individual contributor working cross functionality with other teams in the organization. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of medical supplies and equipment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Collaboration with team members, adherence to safety protocols, and accurate record-keeping are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with varying requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and update records.
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support other warehouse operations and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You show 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar setting, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • You possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You exhibit proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • You display excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • You have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You hold forklift certification or show willingness to obtain certification.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $19.00-$21.50/hour.
