Opportunity: RAD Tech - Cath Lab Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM • 40 hours per week can be offered • Contract lengths accepted from 13-20 weeks • Call requirement: During the week from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM next morning, weekend call Friday 4:00 PM until Monday 7:30 AM • On-call twice a week for two weeks in the month, one call weekend per month • Every third weekend schedule required • 30-minute callback time for STEMIs, IR callback time varies by procedure type • No holiday RTO allowed for this role • No floating requirements • Minimum 2 years experience required • Must have Interventional Radiology experience - 90% of cases are IR • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS • Preferred skills: EKG lead placement, ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience • Must be able to scrub, circulate, and work with telemetry • Assist providers during diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures • Work in combo lab handling IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP procedures • Treat adult and geriatric patients with device implants (PPM, ICD) • Work with specialized equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, various atherectomy systems • Scrubs provided • 40-80 hour orientation period • Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start • Cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours per week per fatigue policy Facility: This healthcare facility operates a state-of-the-art combination laboratory specializing in interventional radiology, cardiology, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures.
