What You’ll Do: The
Service Advisor
is the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Greeting and consulting customers on service needs in a professional manner Conducting thorough
vehicle walk-around inspections
to identify and document concerns Advising customers on recommended services
and upselling when appropriate Providing
accurate time and cost estimates
for repairs and maintenance Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress and any changes Managing live service calls and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly Reviewing completed services to ensure quality work before delivering the vehicle to the customer Processing warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines Ensuring compliance with state and federal automotive repair laws
What We’re Looking For: Two to five years of experience
as a Service Advisor preferred Strong
customer service skills
and ability to build long-term relationships Experience maintaining
high customer satisfaction scores
(FCA Customer Experience Survey a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with
DealerTrack or FCA Warranty systems
is a plus Valid driver’s license required Must pass
pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record screening
