Job Summary Vista Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate

Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

to join our

Orthopedic Team . The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal conditions, working closely with our orthopedic surgeons to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive clinical services, patient education, and procedural support within a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic evaluations of musculoskeletal conditions.

Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of orthopedic conditions.

Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in developing and executing surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate.

Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education, monitoring recovery, and managing complications.

Provide follow-up care for orthopedic surgery patients, including rehabilitation planning and progress monitoring.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, MRIs) and contribute to treatment recommendations.

Educate patients and families on treatment options, post-surgical care, and recovery expectations.

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications Master's degree or higher from an accredited Physician Assistant Studies (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.

Current license to practice in the state of Illinois.

Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic care and musculoskeletal health.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
