Job Duties
To provide administrative support that enhances the capabilities of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts and Music Division. The position exists to provide clerical, technical and administrative assistance to the program coordinator for music and the chair of the department of visual and performing arts. The ideal candidate should have superb communication skills (verbal and oral), computer skills (data-entry), ability to grasp new computer programs, leadership skills, impeccable people skills, willingness to travel, high level of organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree required • Proficiency with word processing and desktop publishing software (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) • Experience in an administrative/clerical role • Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Considerations
Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Accounts Payable/Procurement Processes • Familiarity with arts organizations and/or arts programming
