Base pay range $60.00/hr - $63.00/hr We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our team in a Long-Term Contract, Hybrid role in Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL to serve as the critical bridge between business needs and the technical capabilities of our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce—specifically Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud and Service Cloud—to solve business problems, improve processes, and support strategic objectives. This is not a hands-on technical role , but the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, project lifecycle processes, and the ability to determine when technical solutions such as SQL may be needed. This position emphasizes business analysis, solution design, communication, and stakeholder alignment rather than direct system configuration or coding. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for enhancements or new capabilities within Salesforce. Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current processes. Translate business needs into solution concepts using Sales Cloud, Salesforce CG Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. Participate in gap analysis and recommend strategic use of Salesforce features and integrations. Project Lifecycle & Stakeholder Management Define project scope and timelines in coordination with project managers and business leads. Align business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, shared goals, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented. User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Validate that final solutions meet the original requirements and business goals. Testing & Deployment Support QA efforts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. Help ensure that deployments meet quality standards and are aligned with business expectations. Training & Enablement Create user documentation and training materials. Conduct training sessions to enable adoption of new features and Salesforce best practices across the organization. Qualifications 7+ years of experience with Salesforce , specifically Sales Cloud , Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud and Service Cloud . Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and limitations , with the ability to identify solution gaps and recommend appropriate next steps. Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable deliverables. Familiarity with Salesforce project lifecycles , including scope definition, stakeholder communication, and user testing. Ability to assess when technical solutions (such as SQL) are needed, even if not executing them directly.
