Pay Rate: $18-21/hr

Description: Large fiberglass manufacturer is looking for an experience Maintenance Mechanic.
Looking for someoen with long term general manufacturing maintenance experience.
Experience with pneumatics, pumps, power tools, electrical and plumbing would be beneficial.
Pay starts at $18-21/hr but is based on experience.
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment as needed
Key Functions:
• Performs preventative maintenance following department schedule and guidelines
• Identifies and troubleshoots problems in equipment and machinery
• Repairs mechanical, plumbing and other systems and components
• May install, repair or rebuild new and/or existing equipment
• Maintains and repairs engines, motors, electrical, pneumatic, tools, conveyor systems, all types of pumps, blowers, fans, valve assemblies, vacuum systems and hydraulics, mechanical systems and their components
• May use welding and fabrication skills to repair small and large mechanical equipment
• May assist with repair of robotic equipment
• May be required to attend educational programs to build knowledge and skills levels
• Performs other tasks as required by Lead or Supervisor

• Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend from waist or neck, and maneuver as needed to repair mechanical problems
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
• Must have good English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Must have mechanical, electrical, and other skill level competencies
• Must have own tools to complete maintenance tasks
• Consistently meet company expectations regarding attendance, teamwork, and attitude
