$95,000 - $100,000 OTE (+ strong accelerators and incentives) Orama is helping our client scale their GTM function. They are an applied AI startup backed by top-tier investors (including Bessemer, Y Combinator, and others) and growing 3× year-over-year. Since launching in 2023, we’ve scaled to multimillion ARR, process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly, and built products that are transforming how B2B sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate. Their applications give go-to-market teams the clearest picture of the buyer journey - integrating across every tool, leveraging third-party data, and deploying AI research agents to automate high-value workflows. Core Products: Marketing Intelligence – Answers questions like “Why did pipeline suddenly drop?” Account Intelligence – Surfaces next-best actions to move target accounts forward As an SDR, you’ll join a high-performing GTM team at a breakout moment. This role isn’t about “just hitting quota” - it’s about accelerating your career. SDRs here consistently outperform and get promoted quickly. You’ll work across inbound and outbound motions, sharpen your craft, and directly impact revenue growth. What You’ll Do Build pipeline through outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) Convert high-intent inbound demand into qualified opportunities Partner with AEs to drive meetings and move deals forward Master our ICP, product, and value proposition Iterate on messaging, tools, and strategies to boost effectiveness What We’re Looking For Ownership mindset: proactive, fast-moving, and resourceful Early-stage energy: thrive in high-urgency, high-impact environments In-person commitment: based in San Francisco, 5 days/week Growth mentality: curious, feedback-driven, hungry to learn Experience: 6–12+ months in a B2B SDR or pipeline-generating role Track record: proven success exceeding goals and driving revenue Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales tools Bonus: passion for GTM tech / MarTech SaaS startups Why Join Now The market is massive, the product is proven, and the growth trajectory is clear.
