Your Role
As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operations during its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all financial functions, ensuring the organization remains financially strong while enabling ambitious expansion plans. You will partner closely with the leadership team, taking a hands-on approach to treasury management, operational finance, and strategic capital initiatives. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, giving you the opportunity to directly influence the company’s trajectory.
What Do You Bring?
Our client is looking for a highly experienced financial leader with deep expertise in proprietary trading or fixed-income market-making environments. You have a proven track record with capital raising, investor relations, and managing complex global financial operations. Experience with self-clearing broker-dealer operations, treasury functions, and a range of fixed-income products is essential. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a data-driven, highly analytical culture, with at least 10 years of experience in finance and five years in leadership roles. A CPA, MBA, or similar advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Your Team
You’ll be leading a lean but highly effective global finance team. Collaboration is central to the company’s success, and you’ll work closely with colleagues across trading, operations, and technology. This is a highly engaged environment where every team member, from junior staff to senior executives, contributes directly to the organization’s growth and innovation.
