Base pay range $210,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from Atlas NextWave Salary range: $210,000 - $260,000 + bonus About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Senior Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with hyperscale clients across our new-build data center portfolio. This role is central to our growth strategy, ensuring that our developments align with hyperscaler demand while building deep, long-term partnerships. You will serve as the primary client interface for hyperscalers, from early-stage opportunity development through to contract execution and handover. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic account leadership, technical understanding of data center development, and strong commercial acumen. Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic relationships with hyperscaler customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Develop account strategies that anticipate client needs, market shifts, and long-term growth opportunities. Identify, pursue, and secure new build-to-suit and colocation opportunities with hyperscale clients. Lead RFP responses, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts aligned with company growth targets. Collaborate with internal development, construction, and finance teams to structure competitive, commercially viable offers. Partner closely with project delivery teams to ensure client requirements are embedded in design, engineering, and construction. Ensure smooth handover to operations teams post-completion while maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within data centers, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical real estate development. Proven track record of working with hyperscalers or large-scale technology clients. Strong understanding of data center development lifecycle – site acquisition, design, construction, and delivery. Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring skills with experience leading large, complex transactions. Ability to build credibility with both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
