Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare technology company building AI-powered solutions that transform the way clinicians and patients connect. They aim to reduce administrative burden on clinicians, improve patient outcomes, and enable more meaningful connections in care settings. What You Will Do Simplify the Complex : Translate intricate clinical workflows and AI capabilities into elegant, intuitive experiences. Set the Standard : Establish and uphold best-in-class visual and interaction design principles across the product. Lead End-to-End Execution : Own the full design lifecycle—from research and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production. Champion the User : Advocate for clinicians and patients by grounding all design decisions in research and user insights. Collaborate Broadly : Partner closely with engineering, product, and clinical experts to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions. Ideal Candidate Background 8–12 years of experience in
enterprise product design
at high-growth SaaS companies. Proven track record of
end-to-end ownership
(0→1 product development as well as scaling). Strong portfolio that demonstrates a
clean, organized aesthetic
and thoughtful motion/interaction design. Experience with
complex workflows —not just minor UI or feature tweaks. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across functions. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a collaborative, low-ego approach. Preferred Experience at leading SaaS or consumer tech companies (e.g., Stripe, Airtable, Uber, Spotify, Discord, etc.). Previous agency design experience before transitioning into product design. Exposure to both
B2B
and
B2C
design environments. Background in healthcare or AI-powered products is a plus, but not required. Compensation, Benefits, and Other Information Benefits:
