This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales and will shape how our data and AI platform is perceived in the database market and adopted by enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and go-to-market programs. Responsibilities
GTM Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute scalable programs to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of EDB Postgres AI. Own end-to-end GTM strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and enablement. Positioning and Messaging: Be the expert on target personas and their journeys. Craft messaging that highlights differentiators and value propositions for technical audiences and business decision makers. Product Launches: Partner with product management, marketing, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact launches. Ensure internal readiness and drive external awareness. Sales Enablement: Equip field teams with consistent messaging across all touchpoints to engage effectively with prospects and customers. What you will bring
6+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in enterprise technology, preferably with focus on database, analytics, and AI. Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies with measurable business impact. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why”. Experience marketing to a mix of technical and business audiences. What will set you apart
Experience in the database, analytics, and/or AI sectors. Understanding of PostgreSQL. Track record at high-growth companies and building new programs from zero to one.
