Proactively identify and scale new growth levers such as referral programs, partnerships, and influencer activations that complement paid media. Report on CAC, LTV, payback, and ROAS with actionable insights and next steps. Collaborate with Product and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and drive conversion lifts. Mentor and eventually hire a small team of paid specialists as we grow, while remaining deeply in the weeds yourself. Qualifications

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with emerging platforms. Strong analytical skills—comfortable building CAC/LTV models in Sheets/Excel and working with analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or GA. Creative eye + growth mindset—able to spot high-potential ad angles, push bold tests, and iterate fast. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with design, product, and growth engineering; able to turn data into clear stories and recommendations. Passion for experimentation and staying ahead of industry shifts. Bonus: Experience in health tech, consumer subscriptions, or high-ticket B2C services. Bonus: Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or advanced attribution models. Company Details
