Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instruments and Accessories

Overview Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is hiring for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead commercial marketing for Radiometer’s portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories. This is a remote role reporting to the Director, Marketing and part of the Radiometer North America Marketing Team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories.
Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling.
Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments.
Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes.
Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts.
Travel & Environment Ability to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings.
Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000. This range is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may be modified. This position is eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
